These are 5 instruments we picked up at the unfortunately departed Mimi Art Gallery in Katherine. We don't know who these instruments were made or painted by, although they're split into two obvious categories. The three on the left have the same artwork and similar construction. The two on the right are obviously by a different artist and craftsman, but are similar to each other, just with different colors. All of these didges are great- they're not worked too much, so they're still pretty raw, but are worked just enough.
- Anyway, the first two are practically identical instruments. Great little C#'s. We purchased them as his & her didgeridoos.
- The third is an amazing Eb. We almost broke up over it, it's so good.
- Fourth is a wavy D that has become one of Randy's main performing instruments, and appears on the title track of Randy's new cd, "Didgital."
- The fifth is a great C#, and one of the yellowest instruments we own.
