Brandi & Randy in Sydney, part 2

see part one HERE - Ginger Root Home

Actually, these pictures are of our adventures from the town of Richmond, which lies west of Sydney, at the foot of the Blue Mountains, which you can see a bit of back in part one. Okay, Shut up, on with the pictures...

Luxury driving, Aussie style, in the aforementioned Gas Chamber. One of the few water crossings we got to do, since we showed up during the dry season.

Peter Lister recording the sound of bellbirds, along with the large number of cars that happened to be passing just then. Bellbirds are amazing, at least in large numbers. They make just one high note when they sing. But when hundreds make that same note in an echoey valley, it's beautiful!

Randy, Brandi, and Peter at an amazing lookout point we went to twice... once in the rain, with the view shrouded in mist, and then again on our last sunny day in Richmond.

The pyramid below the lookout point. I wish we had time to walk down and check it out up close.

Peter checks out the World Famous Didjbox!

Then he packed us all up on a train to head into the city.

Next... our heroes head into the city...
